Reynold Martin
Founder & Managing Partner
Reynold Martin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Percival Oak Advisors LLC, a private market advisory platform that collaborates with GPs, family offices, placement agents, LPs, and other key stakeholders in the private capital markets.
With over two decades of experience in private equity, infrastructure, and energy investments, he brings deep expertise in investment strategy, portfolio management, and capital formation.
Previously, Mr. Martin served as Managing Principal and Head of Infrastructure and Energy at Allstate Investments, where he led the firm's $1.5 billion Infrastructure and Energy program, managed a team of four professionals, and developed investment strategies across North America and Western Europe.
He invested in more than 50 funds, served on more than 20 LPACS and executed more than 20 co-investments across Infrastructure, Energy, Private Equity and Private Credit, demonstrating deep underwriting expertise and strong sponsor relationships.
Mr. Martin is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University (FAMU) with an MBA in Business Finance, a CFA Charterholder, and a member of both the National Association of Securities Professionals and the CFA Society. He also serves on the Investment Advisory Council for the Evanston Community Foundation.
Additionally, he has earned certifications in Business Strategy, Problem-Solving, Adaptability, and Resilience through McKinsey & Company’s Management Accelerator program.
